Things to know:
1. All members are REQUIRED to have Vent.
2. All members WILL join the in-game fleet. See any flag officer in-game to get the invite.
3. Awards and promotions will be done monthly. All due will be awarded or promoted at the first of the month following their eligibility. Example - Due for promotion in October, you'll get it in early November.
4. Fleet promotions with time-in-service will now extend to the grades of Commander and Captain. In addition to TIS for the promotion to Captain, you must be volunteering service to the fleet. Examples would be holding a fleet collateral duty, leading STF teams, PVP teams or PVE events. TF commanders will be the ones to recommend those deserving the promotion to Captain. Expect the first Commander/Captain promotions in November for the October cycle.
