I respectfully submit Captain Savar for consideration for this award for the exemplary performance he gave during the Kithomer Accord STF mission of 9 January. RA Savar's leadership and sound tactics allowed our group to complete this mission quickly and effectively with the loss of only 2 starships during the space portion and minimal personell casualties on the ground. Throughout the entire mission RA Savar remained calm and professional, keeping the task force focused and on track to completion. In addition his ship handling was superb, his tactics effective and his bravery unquestionable. His actions reflect the highest traditions of the United Federation of Planets, Starfleet, and the 7th Fleet.
