1. TF vs TF wargames start TOMORROW, 9pm EST. Support your Task Force!

2. Rank restructuring: The rank of Fleet Captain is being phased out. Fleet Captain Scott and Fleet Captain Mercer are hereby promoted to the rank of Commodore. Fleet Captain Hau will retain his rank; however, as there is no 7MD equivalent to the rank of Fleet Captain, this rank will no longer be awarded.

3. 7th Flag staff is appreciative of the member's continued priority on STO when there are Fleet activities and/or new content, and continues to approve of extracurricular games (Eve, Rift, etc). There is a possibility in the future (depending on guildlaunch capability) of rolling in some awards/roster capability for other games.

4. Next Month's Fleet Action will be March 11th-12th, AND on March 25th-26th. The first weekend we will be heading towards Deep Space 9 to make a run on the Ground Fleet Action available there - we have never attempted this as a fleetwide official action, so please make yourself available if possible.

The second weekend in question will be a low level event for alternate characters, details will be forthcoming.

5. Next command staff meeting will be on March 24th, 9pm EST.

Once you have the rank of Commodore, yes!

This now makes more sense as only half of the third rank was considered FLAG staff before now its even and only the 4th rank down (the TF COs) are the only no flaggers
