Went to urgent care last night. Got sunburned pretty bad on my forehead, started to cause fluid to build up around my eyes (eye brow area and upper eyelid)
They gave me some meds to reduce the swelling, said it should kick in by morning, but its worse now. My right eye is almost completely closed. anyone with medical knowledge out there know what can be done about this?

I'm not a medic, but I'd advise you stay inside and continue on your meds. If it gets worse contact your doctor.

Return to Urgent Care and let them have another look...the meds may not work on you as intended at the current dose..you may have a high tolerance for them or the condition could be more advanced then they thought...either way...go get looked at again

unfortunately I've been there before, just its been the top of my head and shoulders. blistering is the result of 2nd degree burns. like they said just keep in touch with the doc. I was a medic, but not really more I can tell ya other then its going to suck till it heals.

Angioedema is apparently what i have. Forehead and top of my head are swelling, and pooling near the eyes. Its finally starting to go down, but i dont know how long it will take.

Ah yes... sorry I didn't check this sooner... had a test today
Yes the meds they gave you were probably corticosteroids, which reduce the inflammatory response (ie stops leaky capillaries).
You should be completely back to normal within a week, but it could be longer depending on how deep the tissue was burned. But yeah.... you have a second degree burn. Stay out of the sun what ever you do... and just a note... next time wear a hat :P
