Captain Keogh has provided outstanding leadership and service to our members as long as I have known him. To wit:

- As Commanding Officer of Task Force 77, Captain Keogh consistently ran events for the fleet every Tuesday night. The "B'Tran Exploration" Tuesday night groups fulfilled his Task Force's mission and gave members a reason to log in regularly during the week.

- Captain Keogh's creation of the "Heritage Fleet" has proven an invaluable asset to the 7th as a whole. Continuing to fill the Tuesday night slot, the Heritage Fleet has provided us all with an enjoyable alternative method of experiencing not only STO, but re-experiencing the 7th fleet as well. On top of this, the Heritage Fleet adds to our overall sense of community and comraderie, and is one of the things that seperates our Fleet from the pack.

It cannot be stressed enough that given the current challenges facing the 7th when it comes to the re-playability of STO, ideas like the Heritage Fleet are essential in keeping our team cohesive and moving forward.

- Captain Keogh's ideas revolving around the upcoming Borg invasion should prove to be exciting and will undoubtedly draw in our active members. Utilizing a unique Cryptic event, and tailoring it specifically to our fleet, is a fantastic way of immersing our members in the world of STO and giving them a great reason to login and group with other members and enjoy the game.

- Finally, Captain Keogh shows great resilience during major fleet structural changes. He is most definitely a team player and never fails to maintain a positive and healthy attitude towards leadership, the fleet member base, and the game.

Thank you very much, everyone! Truly an unexpected, but highly appreciated honor. I've always felt that I have benefitted wayyyyy more from being a 7th Fleet member than I have contributed. I was very lucky to have found the 7th Fleet and to have been accepted into this great group of people.

To those who have just joined the 7th Fleet, I'll echo what I've said elsewhere... You've made an excellent choice. You'll find the most helpful, most friendly and most fun players in STO right here. And, thanks to its strong and stable leadership, the 7th Fleet's best days are definitely yet to come.
