Awarded to members for honorable service during a time of Federation wide emergency. In essence, this is awarded to members upon acceptance of an in game invitation.
I will be awarding this to all current members and adjusting namebars as I go. Bear with me as these are processed out.
This replaces the 14 Day Award, and is considered a Major Award (as opposed to a TIS Award.)
