Photoshop plugins

besides the big ones (eye candy, xenofex, etc.) what are some good (and preferably free) plugins and filters for photoshop?

I don't use filters very often. A lot of the plugins I use come from deviantart.com, and some from adobe's actual site. I usually only look for these things when I need something specific, and it's most often shpes or brushes that I end up downloading.
