SUBJ CHANGE OF COMMAND ICO USS MAJESTIC NCC-91955-A

1. Effective this date, Captain Dominic Hammond stands relieved as Commanding Officer of the Federation Starship U.S.S. Majestic NCC-91955-A. SNO is hereby directed to report to Earth Spacedock to assume command of Federation Starship U.S.S. Eisenhower NCC-91970.

2. Commander Tovar is hereby directed to assume command of the Federation Starship U.S.S. Majestic. SNO is authorized to transfer command crew personnel from U.S.S. Icarus as required.
