Per Fleet Admiral Fortin, the Silver Palm has been approved for Captain Seales.

"At a large personal expense to himself, Captain Jason Seales ensured the completion of the Starbase Solrac Yatug Bartender project. His singular efforts greatly reduced the burden to the fleet in terms of time and consumable resources.

This personal sacrifice on behalf of the fleet is exemplary behavior on the part of a Starfleet officer, and a quality we seek to foster and uphold within the "Lucky" 7th."

I would like to publicly thank those who spent hours searching for Tulaberries, Romulan Ale and Dosi Rotgut. It truly was a team effort.

A great lesson was learned from this particular mission: Don't Throw Anything Away! We have no idea what future projects will require so if you can spare room in your bank, try to hang on to all those drink/food consumables and other items we take for granted. The Chef and Counselor will come up one day and who knows what they may need.

Thanks again for your time and effort placed into making the Starbase better. It's your home - enjoy it!
