8. SECURITY LEVEL II has been reduced to 30 days of active service. It was previously granted at 60 days. Recent inspection shows the Fleet has built up adequate provisioning to allow for a lowered permission setting. Lieutenants will now be allowed to purchase items from the Fleet store upon their promotion.

9. "Ship Weapons" tab removed from Fleet Bank and replaced with "Crafting" tab. This should allow for members to utilize data samples and/or store crafted items for Fleet use. Restricted to SEC III and above; if you are below this security level, and wish to use materials from this tab, do no hesitate to ask a member with a higher rating to retrieve these materials for you.
