Thread locked. Mark II signatures will no longer be issued. Namebars should be used for signatures in the future.

This is being done to reduce the workload on Communications. It is considered duplication of effort. I know these signatures look very nice, but they're very tedious to work with and have become a burden to the chair.

This will allow Communications to expedite actual namebar requests, focus on ship patches, and allow for increased production of news and front page graphics as well as videos.
