The above link takes you to an ongoing discussion about the problem some of us are experiencing concerning doff missions. From what I can gather this appears to be effecting FED and FED aligned Roms more so than KDF. This is based on in-game chatter, my own exp., and what I've read from various sources. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.....so close to tier 4 across the board
As an active "Doff'er" (8 toons, almost daily), I have noticed a difference, with some of my favorites (DS9 haggle missions) are missing. I know the Devs are working on it, but I don't think it is high on the priority list, especially with the new content. If will eventually all work out, well, sort of. Time will tell.
