Yea I'm going to make the second part a bit longer then most of my missions so i figured id go with a short to the point mission this time just to set up the situation.

so being a foundry user (i have never used it)..what is this exploit i keep hearing about in the foundry, and how it is linked to the removal of the "investigate officer reports" mission?

Wow haven't herd that since 2012....it was a repeatable mission where all you had to do was play any foundry mission and you get 1440 dil. Since December 2012 they removed it though.
people would run it all day and have virtual control of the dil markets because they could meet or change any market value.

no, its not that. people talked about that in the chat i saw. i heard there is a current one. but of course, if it was google-able it would not be such a coveted secret.

The only officer report mission I've ever known was the one nerfed back in 2012
