Best Romulan PVP ship

I would like some feedback from those with experience fighting with Romulan ships in PVP.

I am fully comitted to playing my Romulan Science officer, and right now, she is setup for a CC role.

As everyone knows, my whole purpose for the next 3 months is to groom a ship for the next war games.

My teams are 0-75 in kills, and I am going to change that stat.

As of now, I have a skill build that Ganos set me up with, that I am very happy with. Right now I am flying the advanced version of the Dyson Solanae Destroyer. In  my fleet, I also have a Fleet Daienos, and Fleet Ha'nom. I am a support role player, and prefer to lay back and mess things up for the other side. I like the Advanced Solanae very much, and am quite used to playing it. I want, however to take Ganos advice and take one ship, and one build, and play the heck out of it until the games. I am happy with the BOFF abilities he gave me also. My main question is this: What ship will give my sneaky Romulan the best chance of survival/ability to add to my team's efforts, and not hurt them. I am open to spending on a new ship, if it will help me, I just need advice from the experts on which one will be the new Romulus Augustus.

I am not  comitted to playing a science ship per se. I could play my Science officer on a TAC or ENG type ship.

 

And that leads to another question: What is the best deflector/shield/warp core set availible to help me. I believe it would be to transfer the Dyson Advanced set with my Polaron's to the ship I chose. I am fully comitted to Polaron. I have all level 12 Polaron beam arrays Acc2 DMG 2,1 cutting beam, Omega torpedo with Torp Spread III on by tactical officer.

I have been at work all day researching off and on the different ship/consoles/builds etc.

I have determined that I am going to fly the one ship I really love, and if I die a lot, I will die gloriously.

I am going to make this science officer work in a tactical ship.

Think outside the box.

Don't know their formal names; but I got both of the Temporal Romulan Ships.  Awesome science ship, and very happy with it.  Have only half-hearty equipped the Tactical version, but then again, I really just wanted the other console for full effect.   However, there are two sad things about these ships; they lack a Singularity Core and cloaking ability.  It was like all the developers did was put a slightly different skin on these ships and gave some lame story about not using Singularity Cores in the 29th Century.
