More Starbase Projects, please?

I've got a lot of Fleet Marks to spend, and my Regent Assault Cruiser needs refit.

So... may I have more Starbase projects running, pretty pleeease?

Great, but... I still couldn't spend a single FM. When I logged in in the morning, to my dismay I saw all new projects already filled. Could at least one or two start at (or last until), say, 1200 hrs your time?

Pretty, pretty please with a cherry on top?

not sure what to tell you then, even if we que'd up all the projects, all the FM slots would still get filled fast/first since FMs are easiest it acquire...

 

still need plenty of End/Op duty officers...

If I'm not mistaken, they added a fleet project to starbase that is solely for members to dump extra marks into, I think 2000.  The project also has a 5 minute turn around.  From what I remember reading it might be under special projects.

I was unsure if any subsequent Projects were queued, but they (artfully) were, and I caught them. Thank you and sorry for my usual making a fuss.
