There is a 7th fleet on twitter, but its a German STO fleet. No one as twitted on it since 2012.

You will see them flying around once in awhile in the game.  I think they are 7th. Fleet (notice the . ).  7 being such a popular number due to it's history is used a lot in fleet names in the game, so there are different variants in the game.
