The STF Medal of Bravery is retired.  It was only awarded within the fleet before the queue system was introduced, when Infected was a Special Task Force Operation that took several hours to complete and was much more difficult.

Congratulations on the other ribbons.  Sounds like you all had a busy night, hope it was fun :)
