It reminds me of a young sibling or nephiew that forces you to lock your bedroom door because they keep steeling your loose change when you are in the bath. Its not a great threat - its an annoyance. Like the Russians they do it because they just want some attention - and a little of what we have.

Thats what i think it is at this point.....hes willing to spend a couple billion just to get some attention, but, isnt it piss poor to piss everyone off in the region? I could see if he did this to just one country but its a few.
