Its been three days since my old ship Kasane Teto was discharged and a new Yamato Dreadnought was put under my command, since then I put in a formal request to Star Fleet to have the ship named to Kasane Teto, this request has thus been accepted, and is quiet the fitting name for such a ship. after some research the name Yamato was the name of an ancient WW2 Japanese ship. And the Japanese word Yamato is an ancient word used to name the Japan island. It seemed only fitting for a ship class named with such a heritage should be named with a Japanese name. Now all she needs is a good crimson paint job and she will be complete. Hopefully the crew should settle in well.
