Funny, I just finished playing this a few weeks ago.  One of the best games I have ever played, and the both the DLC's were outstanding.

I'm looking forward to this.  I never played the 1st or 2nd one, but Wild Hunt really was one of the best games I've played with the best DLC I've ever played that felt worth the extra money.  I just recently bought the book series to read as well (once I finish my Space Wolves books) and have already read The World of the Witcher: Compendium (well worth the buy).  There is also a new book coming out in May.
