I hereby decree that the following promotions be awarded to the following crewman...
Captain Alf has been hereby promoted to the rank of Major this will transfer to Lieutenant Commander upon completion of service onboard the Centurion.
Lieutenant Junior Grade Burnett has been hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
