For exemplary attendance and service, I, William Anders, Commodore, Task Force 77 commanding, hereby promote Ensign Borannus p'Rett to the rank of Lieutenant effective immediately.

He has shown outstanding initiative and has brought great honor to Task Force 77 and to 7th Fleet herself. His willingness to help out anyone in distress, not to mention his attendance goes above and beyond the call of duty.

I am truly honored to have him under my command, and better yet, to serve mext to him.
