RMKS/1. LtCol Kelly is hereby ordered to assume the position of Adjutant to the COMMANDING GENERAL of the SEVENTH MACO DIVISION.
2. After assuming the duties as Adjutant, Lt Col Kelly assists the commanding general in issuing orders pertaining to the SEVENTH MACO DIVISION.
