As of 24110310 CDR Mavendorf will be on an emergency leave from Starfleet due to an illness in the family. Return date tbd

(My youngest daughter has been hospitalized again with kidney troubles. Her right kidney is likely to be removed and immediate family members will be screened as possible donors in case the blockage in her left kidney is not cleared. The wife and I are camping out at the hospital until she stabilizes)

Good news, the blockage was cleared today so there is no need of a kidney transplant at this time. My Daughter should be released tomorrow sometime and be fine after a few days rest. Thank you all for the prayers and good thoughts, I have every confidence they helped!
