I just wanted to say, It was an honor and a privilege to have served with these men. They helped form the 7th MD in the beginning and they will be sorely missed.
As the Fleet Admiral said, A very sad day.

I just got a phone call from Lt Col Miv, He said that he asked to be on the reserve list back on 4/13/11

As I am the CG of the MD it is my fault that this wasn't noticed before he was discharged, so I have instructed him to reapply to the fleet and he requested to be put back on the reserve list as he is still having some issues with his computer .
