2. MAJOR FLEET RESTRUCTURE. Please review the following document:

While these changes are considered effective immediately, please allow us some time to fully impliment them. We have a target date of full implimentation by Sept. 1.

4. Major Fleet Activity: Scott Anniversary Sept 9 & 10, 2100 PM EST. Cocktails and Ground Combat! Come celebrate Mr. Scott's One year in game wedding Anniversary to Jaida Marie with a meet and greet style RP session followed by some fightin'! The 'Scott Wedding' ribbon is being re-opened for this event, so don't miss out!

NAMEBAR REVAMPS



Namebars have been completely revamped. Height of individual rows has been increased from 31 pixels to 32 pixels; and all full length ribbons have had their widths standardized to 128 pixels. Smaller ribbons are now 32x32. All Ribbon fabric textures have been standardized. White bars have been added to denote Flag positions to match our in game uniform standards. All Rank graphics have been sharpened. Lucky 7 Diamond collarpiece has been retouched. 'Space' fade added to main bar. Fleet Action ribbons have had their piping removed. New ribbons have been created for duty assignments. All Forum Ribbons, Time in Service Ribbons, and Fleet Action Ribbons 1-5, have been redesigned or retouched to ensure uniformity in presentation. All recent namebar requests have been fulfilled and all ranks are correct according to the rank adjustments in the Restrucure document.

The restructure pdf link is not only broken, but it causes internet explorer to crash and then duplicate multiple windows to open....scary!

It opened up using Google Chrome, but causes a crash with internet explorer.

Considering the weight of the main discussion and the impact it has on the fleet as a whole, I feel the meeting went exceptionally well. A lot of that credit goes to Admirals Fortin and Van Wormer, as well as Admiral Shackelford. The amount of work done by these gentleman behind the scenes can only be guessed at, and never properly appreciated, I suspect.

Kudos also go to the others present for handling the discussion, as always, in a professional and mature manner. While I'll miss getting to participate at that level of the decision making process, I'll admit i won't mind having to be sure I'm available for the meeting.

As always, you can count on me for direct, honest, and often, blunt, feedback regarding the fleet and its direction, etc.

I'm very happy about the changes. I've thought the TF's were a little unnecessary since the first time we downsized. Can you believe at one point we had like 10 TF's!

I think the new structure will help us move forward as a fleet...which is what we all want. Now if Mr Shackleford can find time to update all the signatures..well...icing on the cake LOL Seriously...he does amazing work and I really have no idea how he finds enough time to do all he does
