I think I have discovered Shackelford's secret to how he can do so much. I have it on good authority that he has roughly 100 helper monkeys enslaved in his closet and uses them to produce the wonderful graphic images he supplies to us all. In all seriousness I wish I had a tenth of the talent he has at doing these things. I would not even know where to begin in designing something like that. I'd also like to point out that I deeply appreciate all the behind the scenes work to make this Fleet run and all the people in that are in it.

I love the revamped ribbon bars, but I have one request...

In the forum image section, can the description of the ribbons be added, so it would be clear what they are actually for?

The new structure looks great, i was never a fan of the task force set up, it separated us to much.

It is possible to be frocked or promoted to the grade earlier than a year, depending on several things. But, we felt that for an average member who simply participates occasionally, they deserve to be Captain after a year if for no other reason then they've displayed a great deal of loyalty.
