PARTICIPATION METRICS REMINDER

For all new personnel, or those who might not have reviewed the most recent fleet reorganization document, I just want to review the 7th Fleet participation metrics. We WANT our members to participate in the fleet. Members who do not participate in the fleet in any manor ARE NOT DESIRABLE. Not much is asked. Many events are provided to facilitate member interactivity.

To remain a member in good standing:
* Log in to the 7th Fleet web site at least once monthly (Required).

And do ONE of the following:
* Participate in one night of a two night MAJOR fleet action. Major fleet actions are held on Friday and Saturday nights. Two Major fleet actions are scheduled each month (Option One).

* Participate in two minor fleet activities per month. Currently, minor fleet activities are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights (Option Two).

* Team up with other fleet members and run missions or RP (Option Three).

Use of Ventrilo voice chat is REQUIRED for participation in all major and minor fleet events. Flag staff and the Staff Duty Officers will be monitoring in game activity. If you're not being seen, you have a problem! If for some reason it is not possible to meet the requirements listed above, contact the Chief of Staff or Deputy Commander.
