got mine though best buy. Pre-order code was emailed the next day. the only part that sucks, i will have to wait for it to be delivered, and BB can screw that up big time. (friend of mine had to wait 2 weeks for the final WoW expansion to arrive at her house)

If you were here for it, and remember, Cryptic allowed for the preorder codes to work for over a week to ten days.
I would hope that Bioware does the same thing, since the hard copy shipping can get screwed up sometimes.

yeah, most games that have a "Head Start" do that. They dont want you to be able to play, then stop playing just because your copy has not been delivered yet.
