10. No officers were released from active duty for failure to participate this cycle. This WILL NOT be the case next cycle. In addition to logging into the fleet website at least ONCE every 30 days, ALL OFFICERS MUST PARTICIPATE in (1) One night of a two night major fleet event, or (2) Two weekly fleet activities, sometime during the month. This applies to EVERYONE, including ROLE PLAYERS. If you can not meet the minimum participation requirements, contact the Chief of Staff or the Deputy Commander ASAP to discuss your situation.

11. There will be a promotion ceremony 14 October, at 2100. All hands are strongly encouraged to attend. Location is TBA.
