These are still Tribble only, and thus subject to tweaks.
Basics:
1) Upload a virus to *one* satellite at a time, then destroy the "assigned" task force.
2) After all task forces are destroyed, the Stadi spawns
3) Destroy the damaged Stadi escorts first, then the Stadi, herself
4) The Stadi likes to use Tractor Beam and Gravity Well, in the order, usually, so keep your Evasive Manuevers, Polarize Hull/Attack Pattern Omega/Jam Sensors handy, and an engine battery to be safe.
After the Stadi is destroyed, be sure to loot your item from above the starbase.
