I thought a general introduction should be in order, with the duties I have been assigned as Fleet Chief of Engineering.

My RL work is as an End User Support Specialist for a major international IT leasing company. I have been doing end user support for over 20 years. I can work in windows based environments in any language. I also provide limited suport for Mac's. I provide my company tier 1 though 4 support for OS, business Apps, Internet browsers, networking and virus protection issues. I deal with a variety of networking and connectivity issues. I started my IT carreer as an office automation clerk for an Army Ordnance Company in Germany - E4, 1991.
I use Teamviewer for remote control if the individual and I find it agreeable and necessary:

If not, I can talk through most issues using Vent or the chat function in Vent (if audio is the issue). I can have you call my cellphone as a last channel of communication. One way or anther it is my privilege and duty get you up and running again. I'm persistent. Just ask any of the others I have helped.
