Ok, so we have completed out first military task and gained 1000 Fleet XP. According to the overview tab for the SB, we should have access to Tier 1 now, but I am unable to see how to unlock it. Any ideas?

From what I saw on it yesterday, the military project only earned us military fleet xp, not general fleet xp.

But I'm not sure on that, my computer is f'ed up currently, my windows security is blocking STO and about everything else. Hopefully I'll be up Thurs.

WE only have 1k military xp from the first project. We need 10k to start the first upgrade.

tier 1 is 1000 FXP which we already have, so why arent we Tier 1?

I was reading somewhere that there is furnture on the Ops level is some how its under the floor right now ...so it buged just if you were wonder about the big open space on the ops level.

I went under the floor today in ops and we have a full bar ,confrence table that seats 6 ,dance floor and many more decor... the other levels are what they are nothing hided there
