Forums are now organized by categories (rather than main forums and subforums).
Changelog:
'Forums' category renamed 'The Final Frontier'
'Fleet 7 Documents' category added.
'7th Fleet Documents' forum renamed to 'Membership Documents.'
'Major Awards' subforum is now a regular forum.
'Fleet Ships Insignia's' renamed to 'Fleet Insignia' and moved to 'Fleet 7 Documents' category along with all subforums.
'Role Play Fleet' category added. 'Captains Log,' 'RP Fleet News,' and 'RP Fleet Stories' subforums are now regular forums.
'RP Fleet News' forum renamed 'RP Feedback'
'Captain's Bios' forum added
'Role Play Fleet Storyboards' forum deleted.
Created 'Ships' Forum under 'Role Play Fleet' category; moved several of the recent ship based RP threads to this forum.
'Fleet Technical Library' category added. All Fleet Technical Library subforums are now regular forums in this category.
'Software and Hardware' forum deleted. Relevant threads moved to 'Engineering' forums.
'Poetry and Prose' forum deleted. Relevant threads moved to 'Membership Documents' forums.
'How to and Demo' renamed to 'Guides'
'Character' renamed to 'Character Builds'
'Ships' renamed to 'Ship Loadouts'
'Fleet Based Actions' forum deleted. 'STF and Fleet Action Recon' sub forum moved to 'Fleet Technical Library' category as a regular forum. 'Fleet War College' forum deleted, and threads moved to appropriate Tech Library forums.
'Fleet Library Contributions' forum deleted. Please have the sense God gave a soda cracker and add any new threads in the appropriate forum.
'PvP' forum deleted.
'STO Based resources' forum deleted. Threads moved to appropriate forums.
'The Foundry' and all subforums moved to 'Fleet Technical Library' category.
'Command' Category added.
'7th Fleet Command' forum renamed 'Officer's Club.'
'Administrative' Category renamed to 'Archive.'
'Out of Date Docs' pruned.

Many of the threads that have been stickied in the 'News' forum have been moved to the 'Membership Documents' forum.

Any feedback on this is welcome and appreciated. If you like the changes, great, if you don't, that's fine as well.
Personally, organizing by forums and subforum to the neglect of categories never made a lot of sense to me. We had a lot of main forums that were not actually used, and were simply acting as categories; and we had a great many subforums that only had 1 or 2 topics in them.
This has been an attempt to try and streamline the forum structure; it can be revised and adjusted based on your feedback.
Apologies to Mr. Kerry if I'm stepping on your toes a little bit.

This was long over due. Thanks Mr. Shackelford. This is much better. -And, there are no problems with my toes. They wiggle just fine.
