for the events that invole space or ground combat,
is there a lvl requirement? only asking cuz i don't want to
bring a slingshot to gun fight, i have new ships after getting
cpt ingame. i now have the Exploration Cruiser Refit: Venture Class
and the Tactical Escort Refit: Sao Paulo Class, and even though
they have alittle more bite, they still might be mosquitoes biting giants.
love taking part in fleet skirmishes, and never have i felt ganged up on,
but i also don't want to be a hindrance to my team. just asking.

I've warned the wife that this is going to be a busy month. Most of the hell of last month is past and mends have been made. I plan on being in each event at least once.

Shack, in the Terradome, I've been using a Vesta Multi-Mission Strategic Explorer with purple Adv. Peregrine Fighters. I can send Gateway screen shots of how I have it all setup, if you have any suggestions - or a different ship if needed. I going to send a Gateway screen shot my setup to Mr. Ganoslal to see what tweeks he would suggest as a setup for PVP and for STF/Standard game play. I may have too many gadgets (9 console/devices) and not enough of other things to make it tougher - the occupational hazard of being an Engineer who likes Science ships...collecting toys that may have too long a cool down to be worth it.

This is going to be fun. And, I'm looking forward to all of it.

As a new member to the 7th and a new player of STO, let me congratulate you on achieving four years as an active fleet. That's quite an accomplishment. The vast majority of guilds never last that long, so take pride in that accomplishment!

Ryo, I have an odd schedule too and often find myself with more time during the day (PST) than in the evening. Are members allowed to add events to the calendar here? If so, might I suggest the occasional day-time Fleet event? If we are allowed to post events, I'll eventually do so. Having played the game for such a sort period, I'm too green to know what I'm doing yet but would be happy to sign up and support Fleet daytime events too.

Got to take part in the Big Dig tonight - my first run with 7th Fleet. OK, my first real team in the game! I experienced a lot of lag but had a good time anyway. I normally don't get lag, so hopefully that was a one-time thing!
