After playing this a bit, I have mixed feelings. On the upside, it IS Shadowrun and the storyline and dialogue is pretty good. On the other hand, there is VERY little interaction with the environment and very little (if any) straying from the plot in the game.
Someone compared this to Fallout but it's far more limited. In the Fallout games, you can interact with much of the environment and complete most of the quests in any order you want.
The game does accept plugins in limited fashion, so I can only hope that more and better expansions and mechanics will come with time.

Thanks for the posts all...I am a supporter who has been too busy to download so far - looking forward to my Phat loot via mail but that may be a month out - any other key points I should consider for a starting character who is ...yes...still playing this game table top on Sundays
