There is no easy answer to that. The first step though is to get a copy of any version of Photoshop you can get your hands on. If that's not possible, Illustrator or even Gimp will do. Gimp is something that I believe is freeware, so if you can't get your hands on either of the other programs, that one, at least, is a certainty.
