Who wants to do Special Task Force missions?

We have new people coming in and people that have been here a long time looking for help to do their STFs. So, I thought it would be a good idea to make a topic about it and see where it goes from here. Tell me what you think.

This is a simple format I came up with after Infected run with the guys.

Now it’s great that we have people that love to do it but we don’t know when people can do them. So, I came up with this.



New Formats




If you would like to join in on the fun and do STFs but have no time to schedule one. Follow this format.

Example:

Have a specific time and date you wish to do STFs. Follow this format.

Well, Vital.. I guess no one.

I know Talbot wants to do the Cure from the other thread. I personally want to get KA and maybe Terradome done. Hunter needs the Cure. I think Ardell needs the Cure. Prett needs the Cure. Vrox still needs Infected. Beyond that I'm not sure who needs or wants to get what done.

All I can tell you is that availability is always fun to try and figure out. The only real night that I try to dedicate to STO is Wednesdays; I might be on a lot of other times, but I'm hesitant to say 'oh I'll definitely be online' on any other date than the one day a week I already do.

Here is my issue. My schedule changes almost friggin hourly and I dont want to promise something and then not show up and look like an ass. Its not fair to you all. What I can say though is when I am off I will be here and if you all have room for me I will be there. I am more then willing to participate in anything from CAPs to STF's as long as it helps the fleet. I also really need some badges for my nametag as I have none.

Don't take it personally, bud, STF's are notoriously difficult to pre plan.

basically sum it up so dont feel bad im on alot and need KA TD and the fluidic one so if ur gonna run them and im on im game thats how it pretty much is for anyone

Well I changed it up a bit. And added peoples names to the list.

Yes, its going to be hard to get the everyone together to do one. But...........

Saturdays would probably be bad for everyone with the weekly missions. As for me, please ask in Fleet and I can let you know. I have found that being married means I am no longer in charge of my time, so I am never sure how long I would be available on any given day.

I, as always, am up for (and look forward to) knocking out a STF run. I still need The Cure, Khitomer Accord, and Terradome, both regular and VA, and can always be counted on for an assist for Infected. As for availability, even though I am on here and there throughout the week for short periods of time, I always dedicate a large block of time for Wed for TF-79 CAP and Ops (7pm-Mission Accomplished), and one day for the weekend, usually Sun, which was to support Beta Strike Group operations (whenever required, starting at 8am). But I am game for setting up any day with a little advanced notice. I look forward to getting a core group of players together, a sort of Hazard Team specializing in STF's. Hooyah!

I was about to update this topic when I read over all the posts, I made and everyone made... then I saw something and felt like a total ass.


I would like to officially apologize for Sunday's actives. It seems we setup an Infected run. But we did Cure. I am very sorry for my act of stupidity. And I am going to make sure this doesn't happen again.
