could some one tell me what pack has the VIVID---DEFIANT---VICTORY because for some reason i cant find it i have it for my Tactical guy but for some reason i get them for my other officers so if anyone knows whats up or any ideas on how to fix it and i have sent a ticket but so far nothing

I just checked on my characters and I have an alt Tac, and the Defiant bridge is not available to him. I think i will be after a certain lvl, its not a bridge pack.
