Received orders today to report to the 7th Fleet. I am excited about this re-assignment to the 7th. I have heard nothing but good things about this fleet and I look forward to adding to its glorious history. I will be putting my application to the MACO Taskforce in ASAP. I am looking forward to joining my brother Marines.

Put in my request to join the MACO taskforce and it was approved. Changed all shipboard correspondence to reflect the change in rank to 2nd Lt. Stopped by the tailor and purchased my new uniforms and I am in the process of filing my request for my name board as per fleet requirements. I have started my search for the proper emblem to submit to have a patch commissioned by one of the fleets outstanding artists.

I was tasked with going to the Delta Volanis Cluster and exploring this system. Most of this system is still uncharted. I encountered some alien technology and was ordered to destroy it after gathering what data I could regarding it.

While I was investigating some satellites I encountered some Romulans. I tried to avoid contact with them but was hailed by the Romulan commander. After a brief round of conversation, the Romulan charged weapons and attacked. She was joined by 2 other War-birds emerging from cloak. After a few minutes of some intense combat I left the Romulan ships disabled or destroyed. I offered my assistance to the Romulan commander in helping with her wounded, but it was refused.
