Klingons Sweep Starbase 82 of the Borg

Once again the Klingons have swept Starbase 82 of the Borg.

"Stan Tucker live, here.., at Starbase 82. We just received clearance to beam down and look at the aftermath, and hopefully, catch one of the Klingons responsible for helping Starfleet retake the starbase. OH! Here they come now out of the debriefing room! I'll have to fight the crowd here... EXCUSE ME! EXCUSE ME! A MINUTE PLEASE! .... Ah yes, I believe your General Jik'tar, correct?"
"Yes I am. What are reporters doing here?"
"Well you know the old saying..."
"... No... I don't. Ask your questions, puny."
"Oh, ok. What made you and your Taskgroup decided to come help Starfleet and fight back the Borg."
".... We didn't help you. We were bored and couldn't find anything else to do. We wanted some fun and challenge. We heard the distress call over subspace, and decided to investigate. It just so happens that this is a wimpy Federation starbase. Wimps, all of you, except those Lucky 7th guys. Any of you can drop by my ship next time you see me in the battlegroup, MUAH."
"Oh, wait! General! .... Well she's gone. OH! GENERAL AUGERSON! GENERAL AUGERSON! Can I get a few..."
*CRRUUNCHH*
"That was a brand new holo-recorder padd.... I hope that doesn't come out of my pocketbook. Anyways this is Sam Tucker live from Starbase 82."

We ran the second group through Infected tonight. Wonderful run. Except for a little hiccup with the Vital maneuver everything went very smooth. We got it done in just about 40 minutes, which I think is one of the faster times for the Fleet . Thanks to P'rett, Augerson, Hau, and G for making this an awesome run!

Was a good run, gents, and I hope we can work on a Cure run soon. While I already have mine, Mercer, Augerson, Hau and Ganos'lal now qualify for the STF ribbon with the KDF Infected "device."
