BORG INVASIONS HAVE BEGIN INTO FEDERATION AND KLINGON CONTROLLED SECTORS AS OF 01SEP20111245. ELEMENTS OF 7TH FLEET PERFORMED A RECON MISSION TO DISCOVER, ENGAGE AND DESTROY THOSE BORG SHIPS ALONG WITH THE BORG COMMAND SHIP VIC SOL SYSTEM.

MISSION WAS COMPLETED WITH NO CASUALTIES

We went in with a team of 5 however, we ended up having more than 20 ships in the instance. The Red Alerts are not limited to 5 ships. Anyone in that same sector space when receiving a "Red Alert" all joins the same instance. The only exception to this was one of our team mates was kicked to another instance due to our map being full.

We were given 15:00 to defeat 4 squadrons of Borg ships. Once those are complete, the Borg mother ship warps into sector. Once you defeat the mother ship you receive rewards and accolades based on your rank.

For those that reconed today, anything else you want to add?

Question: There are twelve locations on your map, I'm assuming only 10 are open to Feds and four for the Klingons?

The only sector KDF personnel cannot currently enter is the Sirius sector block. All others are accessible.

Eta Eridani is not a hot zone; otherwise the map is accurate. So, 11 total sectors available to the feds.

The KDF has access to 10 of these. They cannot enter Sirius at this time.

Yes, to get to any of the Cardassian/True Way sectors requires going through Orellius.

For each of the 11 sectors, there is an accolade for completing an invasion map called 'Veteran of the XXX Sector.' Complete all 11 of these, and you get an accolade, 'Veteran of the Invasion.'

Each of the 11 sectors also has its own specific kill accolade requiring you to destroy 200 Borg ships in that sector. There is also a general kill accolade to kill 2000 Borg ships overall.

There is also an accolade specific to each of the individual command vessels, Unimatrix 0047 One through Ten, and another accolade for killing all 10 of them.

So that's 35 accolades so far. There may be some others, but thats a lot to do right there already.
