Hey guys, just thought I would give you an update.

I'm still planning on coming back to the game if the differences between Cryptic and myself can be worked out. They keep shutting down my account for lack of payment when I paid for a 6 month sub months ago and they received their money. Only way I can keep playing is going in and adding another 6 month sub to the game. They claim it takes a couple of days for the system to pick up the lack of payment and shut it down, when in fact it's checking my card every 3 weeks to 1 month. I cannot get them to understand that they have gotten their money and their system is randomly checking my pre-paid debit card when it shouldn't be.

On another note, I will be leaving first thing in the morning to meet with a neurosurgeon in Jackson, TN. My MRI results showed I had one disc in my lower spine that was bulging and another that was protruding. At this point it looks like i'll be having back surgery in the future but I won't be 100% sure until the neurosurgeon looks at my MRI tomorrow.

Two new updates, first, I will not have to undergo back surgery. I spent 35 bucks in gas and wasted my time and the surgeon's time for him to tell me the radiologist that took my MRI misread it and that there was nothing abnormal about it. He recommended physical therapy and weekly trips to a chiropractor and if that doesn't work to have my doctor set me up with a pain management center.


Second update, I have decided to part ways with Cryptic seeing as I cannot get them to understand that they have received their money. I will miss you guys and hope to see most of you in TOR when it releases in December. You have all been very kind to me over the last few months. I may pop in and out when STO goes free to play but I will not be giving Cryptic any more of my money. Apparently my pre-paid card was good enough to buy their box game and spend in their cash shop but they claim the problem i'm having is they don't accept it for monthly payments. That is outright wrong as I have documentation showing they received their money. It is just bad business practices all around.

Well thats good that you dont need ack surgery but sucks that your not gonna be around to play STO. We will defenitely see you in TOR though so say sharp!
