I've had some free time lately with work letting up a little with a new ASM hire, so I've been able to start work up again on the fleet registry. I've also had ideas for two new long term projects I'd like to get started....

1. Klingon Trailer...
With the new F2P options and the love the Klingons are getting with it, plus the fleet side has a video klinks should too! I need to get in touch with P'rett and Mavendorf, and anyone else who has a klink and wants to be in the video, and mainly.. if someone has a Leathen(i think thats how its spelled) if P'rett doesnt have one

2. Resistance is Futile: The Movie
With F2P, it doesnt look like Phase: 2 is going to happen to that hits live so I had this fun little idea to turn the first phase of our RP into a movie. I watched a video a different fleet made of just like an episode kind of deal and it looked really cool, almost like the ingame cutscenes but all together. I actually already have several set designs and several script ideas. Will talk to everyone who was involved with the first phase at a later date.

ill think of something may use a bit o first contact footage too who knows...

something we could do, have a fleet even to shoot some scenes. maybe have someone really good with the in game camera take the vids. Set it up so we have around 20 ships in the event, all with Phasers, half with Photons, the other with Quantums.

Shoot the video from a forward perspective, looking at the fleet as they fire phasers (Fire at Will) and fire torpedoes (Spread) at the target behind the camera. we could do this a couple times to get the shots we need.

if we plan it out ahead of time, it could make for a very cool scene.

Well who do you suggest we get then marcus?

BUT the demo launcher Racheall Garrett put out lets you swap costumes in and out at will so we might be able to get a 10 on 10 battle goign just have one side equpied with plasma weapons and have some crusisers go at low impulse to copy cube movement and that would like nice!

The Klingon Trailer is in the home stretch of work, just need to catch prett and/or mavendorf to get some shots with them. its still open though if anyone wants their klink in the video I will be on for most of the day today and partly tomorrow morning before work so let me know!!

i am in need of some group klingon shots both ground and space. If anyone would be willing to help out I will try to make it on tomorrow for most of the afternoon if not then then Thursday afternoon/evening time. If anyone can come please let me know. i need at least 4 others (including me to make the group). At least being the key there If i could get a whole mess of you on someones bridge or something that would give a nice end to the video
