I hereby nominate Fleet Captain Morgan Shackleford for this prestigious award as. during The Cure, he showed a true understanding of this medal, having several oversights resulting in multiple deaths and constant enemy fire, thereby allowing the group to proceed to the last gate before Starfleet rescinded our investigation.
