The Jem'Hadar Attack Ship is a small starship, similar to an Escort or Destroyer. The staple ship of the Dominion fleet, these ships were used with deadly effect during the Dominion War. Small, fast and maneuverable, the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship packs a punch that is larger than expected for a ship of its size.
Recently a handful of these vessels have been found adrift and abandoned in the Alpha Quadrant and both Starfleet and the Klingon Defense Force have been scrambling to acquire as many of these derelicts as possible for study. The ships are always found undamaged, but with all systems offline and registering unusually high neutrino signatures. The ships are models commonly seen in the late 24th century, but all appear to be in prime condition.
The Dominion has not expressed any interest in retrieving these ships, and has not responded to subspace messages sent from Qo'noS or Deep Space Nine. For now, the appearance of the Jem'Hadar Attack Ships remains a mystery.
Note: Because the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship is a tradable item, it is unlocked per character and not per account. After unlock, go to the Shipyard on Earth Spacedock, Starbase 39-Sierra, Deep Space 9 or Qo'noS to select this ship.

I see a lot of ppl dumping money into trying to get this for universal slots. Me personally I wouldn't fly it or want to. I see this as cryptics clever way of getting money. They know how bad fed players been begging for universal slots.....

Ya, I'm not sure how I feel about this, to be honest. Congratulations, and all, it's very cool that you got it -
It's just how its being put out there. If they wanna put scarves and consumables and stuff in these boxes, thats one thing, but a ship? And especially a ship like this?
If I spend 800 cryptic points to get a ship, I want a ship, not a chance at a ship.
From what I know of Perfect World, this is how they work things; and you can see it in the DOff system as well. Buy stuff from the store for a chance at some rare uber-item.

I do agree, bad way to do it.

eh. Bad Form cryptic. I told myself i would only buy 1 or 2. Hey what the heck, 100 points each? no big deal. Got the ship, woot, this will never ever happen again. Im usually the poor sap that spends 5,000 points, and never gets it. then they release the ship a month later for 800 points.

I have to say I have purchased a few of the gift boxes and have not received. Not too upset that Cryptic is trying to keep the game profitable and alive. Getting this special item ship makes it a cool rarity.
