SUBJ HOLIDAY STAND DOWN

RMKS/1. EFFECTIVE 21DEC2411, 1800 EDT, all commands will stand down from operations.

2. All scheduled operations are cancelled.

3. Normal fleet operations will resume 03JAN2412, 0001 EST.

4. The December staff meeting WILL be held 29DEC2411, at 2100 EST. All senior staff are MOST STRONGLY encouraged to attend. If attendance is not possible, PM the CoS, and also let him know of any agenda items for discussion.

5. Happy holidays and Happy New Year! Enjoy this time with your families, friends, or TOR
