Greetings Everyone,

As you are all aware Free to Play launches tomorrow. I have edited the recruiting post to advertise that we accept silver members. I am also planning to be advertising in sirius sector block and ESD tomorrow however I can't be online all day as I am taking care of my son most of the day. So I would like to ask that if any of you are online tomorrow or durring the rest of the week and you happen to be around ESD where most of the new players will be slip a quick message in local advertising that we are recruiting 18+ and our website address. I would like to get us a boost in membership so that we can bring new life to the STO side and so that we can grow and have some new friends to play with.

Rather than spam local, I think it would be a better approach to keep an eye out for those asking in local or on ESD. Keep an eye out for the stand-outs; in other words, the "I need a fleet" types need not apply. Rather, look for folks that are a bit more precise in their stated interests/goals in finding a fleet.

Agree. To many people looking for a fleet to hand stuff out to them, and that's the perfect bait that catches them all the time. Given the app process will root out most of them hopefully with its question.

I went to the STO forums and bumped us to the top of the forum list. How long that will last is anyone's guess. I also linked to our website.

I made a post of the STO Forum as well, I may still be fairly new and quiet in vent but i listen and enjoy the team work of all the members!
