Fellow officers of the Lucky 7th Fleet,

I have concluded my latest (and hopefully the last) tour of duty in Afghanistan and hereby file my official request with the chain of command to be re-activated and placed on Active Duty status. I have a lot to catch up on with the Fleet and in game. I look forward to learning what’s new and participating in joint training, maneuvers, and combat actions.

The Arbiter has returned from its long range patrol and looks forward to putting in for refit.

Damn it’s good to be back.
