Fleet PAO position opening

Fleet Captain Hanson has tendered his resignation as 7th Fleet Public Affairs Officer. The duties of this position are primarily recruiting and putting the most positive face of our fleet out there for the STO public to see.

If you think this position would interest you, please respond here. My preference would be for someone that has been with the Fleet for a minimum of 30 days and that has not held a Support Staff position previously.

I believes it's essentially Recruitment and Ambassador duties.

Reviewing apps for decline/accept, keeping the STO forum thread alive when recruitment is open, recruiting people, and creating relations with other fleets is what I can name.

Sounds simple enough. Willing to give it a shot to give back to the fleet.
Would there be training? Don't want to screw it up somehow.

Cryptic should do something special that no other MMO has done: Fleet Week!

They can set it up like how we all used to set up tables and booths in school to join clubs. It would be a nice way to get recruiting, especially those who never joined a fleet. But that's just my opinion.
